1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Roomzen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Roomzen is an AI-powered interior and exterior design application that allows users to upload photos of spaces and receive AI-generated design suggestions. The app offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free Tier: Includes 3 design generations at no cost.
  • Weekly Pro ($6.99/week): Includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial, you will be charged weekly. Cancel anytime.
  • Annual Pro ($59.99/year): Billed annually. Best value for long-term use.
  • All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By using Roomzen, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating design suggestions. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Generated Content

AI-generated designs are provided for inspirational and planning purposes only. Roomzen does not guarantee that generated designs are structurally sound, compliant with building codes, or suitable for construction without professional consultation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal use

7. Limitation of Liability

Roomzen is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
