How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → select Roomzen → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Is my free trial really free?
Yes. You won't be charged during the 3-day trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged at all.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are processed securely and are not stored on our servers after design generation. All generated designs are saved locally on your device.
How many designs can I generate?
Free users get 3 generations. Pro subscribers get up to 25 generations per day, which resets at midnight.
Can I use Roomzen for outdoor spaces?
Absolutely! Roomzen supports gardens, facades, balconies, and other exterior spaces in addition to interior rooms.
Do I need an account to use Roomzen?
No. Roomzen works without any account or sign-up. Just download and start designing.
